How long does it take to install LabTACK?+
LabTACK installation times vary depending on the amount of LabTACK needed. For a 2 meter x 2 meter mat, this would typically take three hours.
How often do LabTACK mats need replacing?+
We recommend installing your new LabTACK Contamination Control Flooring every 4 to 5 years. However, this does vary according to foot flow as well as running equipment such as fork lifts over the mats. Our LabTACK technicians carry out a yearly cleaning and testing service, keeping you up to date with how your contamination control flooring continues to perform.
Are site visits always necessary?+
As our LabTACK technicians are trained in bio-security, a site visit is recommended to ensure your contamination control flooring is placed in the most suitable areas. In addition, all LabTACK mats are bespoke with regards to size, therefore allowing our technicians to assist you in setting up your facility to lower the burden is our best recommendation.
